Full refund
Eligible when requested within 12 hours of order submission.
Partial refund
After 12 hours, a $50 fee is deducted from each order. The remaining balance is refunded.

Once approved, refunds typically post within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

- A brief reason for the refund request
- The email address used during checkout
Non-refundable cases
